In-house theater design & installation
Beyond crafting amazing speakers, we provide comprehensive in-house theater design and installation services. Our process begins with an initial consultation to understand your vision. We then create a detailed materials list and implementation plan, involving you in every step to refine and finalize the design. After installation, we provide a customer walkthrough and a follow-up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Speaker repair & warranty
Aurum Audio speakers come with a full 1-year warranty covering all parts and labor. We also offer comprehensive repair services for damaged speakers or wood cabinets. If a repair isn't feasible, we'll replace your speaker with a new one of the same specifications, ensuring your audio experience remains uninterrupted.
Configure to order
Unleash your creativity with our configure-to-order process. We collaborate with you to design speakers that match your unique preferences. Choose from a variety of color stains or opt for a natural color with a Tung Oil finish. Our speakers are manufactured with the finest exotic woods, hand-selected and matched for exceptional quality. Additionally, our speaker cones are made from strong Kevlar, Carbon Fiber, or Cerametallic materials to ensure optimal sound performance.
